They're spending bag holder money, not their own, to print paper. They RS'D IN JUNE, were back under $1 within 4 days. This time around won't be any different. As for Regal, they thank management for allowing them the opportunity to get paid for printing paper, and, for allowing them to short this all the way down while covering with shares received from the company. Exact thing on tap going forward, RS, rinse, wash repeat...should happen more frequently too, no meaningful catalyst expected for many years.
