I disagree; they only PRed the INTENT of a project, and noone even cared to put anything into it (i.e not very likely to happen and/or too far in the future to care). SIAF has issued "similar" PRs before, without any major effect to the PPS, so they knew beforehand that it would not make a significant change to the PPS.

We will probably be halted though (well, thrown out of Merkur that is), but because of the cash dividend policy being cancelled. I think that was the last straw
