The company should be making sure they are DTC compliant with the new shares. According to an earlier post the Transfer agent indicated there may be some updating left to do.

Almost no trading firm clears manually anymore so if MCTC intends to become a more widely traded stock, DTC compliance is necessary.

A news release that this is corrected might be the best for shareholders wondering what's going on.
