The company has way more shares issued now than it did a year ago. There are conversions going below market every day. It's clear if you watch how the stock trades.

As for the new agreement, the low margins FT operates on won't support higher interest rates; it never did and it won't going forward.

Management needs to address many things including the audit issues described in the quarterly and annual filings.

I've stated for a year now that this company needs NEW management who knows what they are doing. This management team is inept.
