What makes Elites SequestOx any different or any better than any other ADF’s?

Elite's 2 bead antagonist ADF tech is differentiated from the physio-chemical ADF's by the quality of the abuse deterrence. In the ELI-200 (SequestOx) nasal abuse drug liking study, abusers initially disliked SequestOx (blue line), and the liking curve never rises above placebo. There is complete suppression of drug liking, and it lasts for the entire duration of the study. This robustness is what makes the ELTP 2 bead ADF better than anything else. For comparison, look at the nasal abuse drug liking study for Roxybond, which did qualify for the nasal abuse ADF label. As you can see, the crushed Roxybond was not as well liked as the non-ADF comparator, but the recreational abusers still had a pretty good time snorting it. The other differentiating quality of the ELTP 2 bead ADF is the modular nature of the antagonist bead, which allows for versatility among all opioid agonists and all time-release characteristics (IR vs. ER).
