I think they won't pay the fine. It's 70 000 euros. Stock trending down to $0,15 and below if they need to use outsider whom they issue these (sell) shares they will probably pay less than $0,10. But let's say $0,10.
That's 700 000 shares to print just for the fine. Then they need to pay some bills and make money for themselves. Expect heavy dilution or being kicked out from Merkur. If someone asks something from Merkur do ask have they paid that fine already. I doubt it.
