OFF TOPIC,,,,I just wanted to say HI. No BS , No Why, No nothing. I'm finding myself holding 60% of my capital in cash because nothing makes sense lately in this OTC market as of late. And on another note, I can't find any land to build a self storage facility because it's either too expensive or there is another facility right across the street. Looks like I'll be installing tile a little longer. My son arrives from the Island of Grenada tomorrow taking a Holiday break from Medical School so let's hope we don't have several "blackouts" on the drive home wherever we may go. I know he and his friends will be looking to party their asses off and I WILL be the designated driver. Then after he returns for his 5th,and final, term I have to help my daughter and her slacker boyfriend move to Jersey. As you may recall she was supposed to travel to China to teach English at a Major University and hone her Mandarin skills. After doing the math on the offered salaries we decided to forget the China venture and let her become self employed here in the states.
It seems like yesterday when we as in You,HBG,Panzer,Sterve, and the rest of the gang were joking and posting knowing full well that our day would come and it did with great consistency. Things seemed to have changed as of late and the care free type of attitude needs to be set aside. Due Diligence is one thing but trust in the company has now set in as a new pretense. Getting in early was simple back then but now we have front loading, inaccurate and misleading PR's, and downright shady reporting. Call it what you will but I can't see any of my disposable money going anywhere but here in this dark cess pool we call the OTC. If you keep your eyes open and emotions out,,,it all works out to the tune of 200% better than the Major Indices YOY.
