I disagree, remember they brought in Regal Firm, and for a period of six months, give them $28,000 and 200,000 shares of the company's common stock, per month.

Regal is specialized in merger/acquisition. Now let say, the current S/P is the deal they agreed upon, what that was all about ? Blowing all that money to R/S ? I do believe if they R/S, Regal would end up losing a lot of money...
