Hold your ponies-that may or may not be the case. We don't actually know which company BLDV represented in their application, since that was never made public. So we still don't actually know whether our client is or isn't one of the 6 selected. BLDV was not the applicant itself, analogous to what happened in Virginia. I'd assume we hear from Josh tomorrow if ours is, indeed, one of the 6. And unfortunately, based on precedence, I assume we won't hear anything on the subject of our client lost lol.
