No, EVRN was not on the Grey Market until today. OTC Markets had placed a caveat Emptor / skull & crossbones on the stock where OTC Markets would not display quotations but the stock still had quotations (bid and ask and volume) on any other platform.

Whereas, when a stock is on the Grey Market after a Suspension the SEC directs that no Market Maker can display quotations or make a market for the G.M. stock.
