James, what's your take on what transpired last week? Do you feel Amgen cut and run due to some manufacturing problem / change in strategy / lackluster data / other ?

The NEO/Amgen partnership was the strongest part of the investment thesis for owning this stock (IMO), and now we don't even know the fate of NEO going forward...
