On the other hand even if there is more stock offered to pay for the acquisition it does give a cash flow, and opening to market security cameras and positions Dirv to upgrade to the New York Stock exchange and hopefully Canada. Once again Dirv are making steps to expand and increase stock shares. I believe we are going to see large Contracts shortly. Two from Gruma since they have already been talked about and work with the Construction firm. With the expanding economy there should be lots of money out there to be this company.
