No, my grandfather was an expert on diamonds during the Great Depression. And it was how he not only survived it, but made his wealth. Buying high quality diamonds will always gain in value when currency tanks. Much better investment than gold....and easier to carry around.
Is there anything you aren't an expert on?

P.S. what the heck is a "used" diamond? It's not like there are newly created ones.
