Based on what I have learned, Tony had believed that the 42 million shares were going to be sent back to him to retire the shares, but apparently, they were not. It looks like the note holder "slipped one past the goalie" to get the last of his shares deposited and sold into the market.

It's not significant regardless and should have minor effect on MLHC going forward. I still have no worries and I believe that we are fine here with MLHC.
