My feeling is it’s been years. Not two or three either. The last time this saw a jump was Jan of 15 to $1.50 but I’m pretty sure that was post RS. Before that 2013had a few blips around $.40. Other than that I think 2010 was a decent time. 8 years to secure a contract and no news of even trying makes it tough to see the positive. But you are correct, it can’t get much worse except shutting down everything. Lol
