ECPN has hidden its financial dealings for well over a year since they stopped reporting to the SEC. That should be a huge, waving red flag to investors (on top of all the other red flags). Why anyone would invest in a delinquent company that claims to have a huge deposit of gold, platinum, silver, etc. without a single certified assay result supporting that......is beyond me.
