With a new accounting firm, we wont see a new 10K or 10q until late January at best. I'm sure this one was fired because one of the following reasons:

-Differences with management
-Unable to do their work in a timely manner
-Errors in work product

Either way, the deal won't be announced until they are current so don't expect anything until late January at best.
