If they acquire a company, funds can come from the acquired company, but where will the money to acquire the company come from?


That's the same with any shell or non operational entity which does a reverse merger or aquisition. Easy to give out shares for such an event, can be done through preferreds or normal commons or whatever, the float will remain extremely small for some time either way. They can also work on some financing in the background to do all this, there is some serious people and potential projects involved, not your usual OTC guys IMO. Need to see what is coming in but this thing will skyrock if there is anything substantial merging in here as I think there will. No shares available in real size here.
