Proven by their inability to create shareholder value, proven by their inability to pay the dividends, proven by their use of scam tactics to announce dividends and "megaloans" and other silly stuff for pump and dump. Proven by their dilution.

There's no such thing as big assets, revenues and wins without any shareholder value. The scam has been exposed already many times, they have had enough time to prove themselves. They can't cause it's just an empty shell.
