Getting to a point where the IND can be filed is not an overnight or even a one-month process.

Despite claiming it would be done by EOY 2016.

During the company’s conference call, I tried to convey this point to shareholders.

Convey excuses. From 2012-2017 first the CT was coming any day, month, year. Then suddenly the topic of an IND would be simple enuff, with PRs about pre-IND meetings.

Any shareholder who thought that the pre-IND meeting would be held one day and then the IND would be filed the next had completely unrealistic expectations. This never occurs.

Don't recall seeing any post suggesting an IND would happen the next day. However Kenny had jacked up expectations it would be a snap to have it in a few months later. Note in the PR link provided there was no mention of pre-clinical testing. Then suddenly months after this PR: The FDA requires pre-clinical for any drug/treatment before an IND can be approved. Along with OMG, the cell lines preserved from years ago aren't stable, etc.

and they still get upset with shareholders???

Scams always get upset when SHs ask uncomfortable questions.
