Gunzburg, and Salmons have done nothing illegal in setting up Nulivex, which becomes PMCB to pump funding into Austrianova. Neither having an opportunity to milk more money out of PMCB via going through the motions of pre-clinical per manufacturing isn't illegal. Bill for services rendered. Doesn't matter if this scam takes the next 5 yrs to go nowhere, with Gunzburg being on the BOD, and being paid for it. Salmons being a medical advisor also can help steer business to Austrianova. No conflict of interest, as Austrianova is the only manufacturing source for CIAB. But that doesn't make PMCB any less of a scam.

Also one doesn't need to perform illegal activities, in order to be part of a scam. Even Kenny has plausible deniability. Nothing illegal in issuing PR pumps, and falsely raising SH expectations, with often vague statements. Nothing illegal in Kenny babbling about things he knows little about. Nothing illegal about missed deadlines for past promises, because of unexpected problems, that never should've been problems. Unless Kenny and the gang slips up on stock issuance, this scam can continue for many years.

Give me your tax selling shares...

You shouldn't have any problem what so ever getting shares with the continuing off the shelf share dump. If the PPS spikes above 0.055, then the insiders can dump their shares for profit in a flood of shares. Really don't need retail tax loss selling to get shares in this scam. Which seems a trait for scams in general.
