The acceptance of toxic debt again after promising "never again" was distatrous to the trust of many currrent and potential iinvestors. Once you break your promise once, what would hold you from doing it again?. We still don't know what was that for. Toxic debt also says a lot about the current finacial situation of the company.
It seems that diversity in the high board is important for the market as well for the purpose of "check and balance". Many serious investors might not like that-I don't know.
At the end, I hope this run like a crazy bull, but we are still long way.
