Actually living here, it is trivially easy to stop by the County Clerk's office, and in-person, ask for a filing. Don't need to wait, because I'm not a carpet-bagging outsider.

There wasn't anything new at the close of business Friday about MMEX - its kind of like the false claim being made around the minutes of the County Commissioners Court session regarding MMEX - the MMEX STRONG are so ignorant they posted the meeting minutes, which are a legal government document, that clearly show MMEX was not on the agenda, and no actions were taken by the county even remotely related to MMEX (oh, and I was present at the meeting too...)

Patience vs. patients - makes an important difference. Many of the MMEX STRONG appear to be patients that may have escaped the state hospital...

It takes a while for official documents to get posted to a government site. Pretty standard stuff. You'll have to wait. Patients is paramount.
