It’s in the 8-k. A partnership for phase 3 B-OM would be huge. It will be much huger, “YUGE,” if it happens sooner rather than later.

The death of Prurisol was already baked into the Innovation share price. Some will try to make more of that but I don’t see that as anything but slightly disappointing considering the following...

“In Brilacidin oral rinse, we now have a Phase 3-ready drug candidate targeting an area of large unmet need—comprising a worldwide annual market opportunity estimated to approach $1 billion—for which currently there are no FDA-approved treatments.”

I think it’s phrased to indicate that it’s either up for sale or ready for partnership. The audience is the Term Sheet partner and/or the CDA signatories.
