Could be Confer was a little over zealous for Amazon... Sometimes when you bite off more than you can chew, there’s more of a chance for failure.... a company as big as amazon cannot be associated with failure... I’m not saying Confer will fail, but there must be something Amazon learned during their “talks” that just made this too “iffy” for Amazon to even get involved. Lex, on the other hand, could be a perfect match :)
