INND- Have you guys called or written the company (ie the father) as shareholders regarding replacing Matt with an experienced CEO? Call his dad and explain the situation, that you believe the company would excel with strong leadership.

Does no good to post on this board and not take action. It will never reach the target audience. I've written them on my feelings but we need more shareholders to let the father know. I will go to their office next time I'm in Sac as previously mentioned to introduce myself, but we need other shareholders to go direct to them as well.

I write or call CEO's and COO's of my investments only if I feel there is something that could improve a situation which has not been addressed. Most of the time, they are appreciative. They want the company to succeed but sometimes, especially with a family run company, the family ties cloud what's best for the companys' long term performance.

We are partial owners of this company and I agree with others comments that a competent CEO from outside the family, is needed. Too much family occupying all c-suite positions. Big investors see this much more clearly than we do which is why they have not invested at this point.
