in the year end financials.

to state the obvious, a "going concern" opinion by the auditors would be bad news as it would significantly further concerns over the viability of the current biz model/access to funding.

i feel the latest round of mostly internal financing was undertaken in order to head off just such an outcome - but in so doing, merely kicked the can a little farther down the road?

if they're going to pivot, rather than linearx, i'd prefer they do it by entering the cannabis biz in a more direct way than tagging.

as for the linearx - does it contribute to cash flow or subtract?

in all the years i've followed the company, can't recall a time when there were so many troubling unknowns.
