If I am right, and heaven forbid I am ever right, just never wrong!

Right now there are 300 mil shares being held for a possable merger with consultech (ms)

That will give a more than 25% float but that is about 1 to 2 years down the road!

right now we can move to the OTCBB and dubai market

Dubai needs .10 or better
OTCBB I think needs $1
and Nasd needs $5
