36,6% of TRW is in Siaf price already. Siaf's value should constitute mostly from other functions than TRW 36,6 share therefore TRW real world value is something like 5-10 million at max. They have some 100 million shares right? The shares have real world value of something like $0,05-$0,10. Considering it's not listed we should give big discount to any buyer so let's say realistic value $0,03. As with Siaf 100x times fake/overvalued on the books.
Siaf could also raise those kinds of amounts easily based on their book value, but in reality they are broke and dilute.
