RVNC—The royalty rates for RT002 commercial partnerships for Europe and Asia/Pacific (excluding China) will likely be similar to those in the Fosun deal, which is “tiered low-double-digit to high-teen” (#msg-145245703); however, the up-front and contingent-milestone payments in prospective deals for Europe and Asia/Pacific (excluding China) will almost certainly be larger than those in the Fosun deal.

If there is a separate RT002 commercial partnership for Latin America, it will likely have economics similar to the Fosun deal, IMO.
