Of course I'm not wrong because I researched the term and used reliable sources. Experts write these definitions. I align myself with experts and never trust lawyer wanna be's like Maciora. He actually thinks a Motion can be sustained or over-ruled. Sorry man, that's not happening.

SST demurred to several causes of action within Maciora's Cross Complaint. They didn't try to toss the whole thing with a Motion to Dismiss. They're asking the Court to wipe out seven of Maciora's causes of action.
