The thing is, a lot of companies screw up with this stuff. A lot of companies lack transparency, and, a lot of companies never learn. SIAF does adapt.
The China space is just so.... problematic. That not just the shareholders and the public at large work against you, but even the regulators and exchanges. Everyone. Even the lawyers.
I would URGE the company not to raise the A/S. I already know what they are thinking and how they may address it. DON'T DO IT.
Sure, I'm positive overall. The TRW trade division is a major development. Seems they will be rotating fish again at AF4 at some point. And I think they should. Beginning to wonder whether I am right about those cooperatives, but we'll see.
The important thing is, no dumpage. I think we have that behind us now.
As for the cash dividend, I think there are no excuses for this. They should have made it happen.
I'm not going to make any predictions about the share price after everything that happened. But the F-1 filing should have a positive effect.
