Accumulation has been on the rise since the refueling proposal was submitted.


TMPS never said they submitted a Bid for the Air-to-air Refueling contract. And, don't say Terry told S10 in an email. It's hearsay at best. And, it's a lie at worse. Why are people speculating that TMPS is doing something other than re-arranging deck chairs on the Titanic?
