Actually, the market doesn't seem to have panicked - at least not yet, but they should; if a company declares a cash dividend to avoid lawsuits from an imploding PPS, and then chooses to cancel it (not delay, but cancel), then 1) the management is beyond stupid, 2) the management are crooks, or 3) the company is in so deep shit that it can't afford a lousy 2.5MUSD dividend - not now, not in the few coming months, so it had to cancel the dividend.
