Anyone ever think that bad reviews can be written by competitors? Happens all the time to knock em down if they are scared the product they sell lacks the quality. Shipping delays can be due to excessive orders and back log. Seems that is seldom ever mentioned.

Not sure how many are real businessmen on here but it takes years to build a solid business with a solid core foundation.
