Don’t need to. 1716 stocks suspended for delinquent filings had their ticker revoked. It happens to every single stock suspended for delinquent filings.

There are a 100 or so sitting on the greys waiting for this revocation. Including AAPH. When the revocation happens they would need to spend significant money and effort to get back to trading.

Why on earth would Alessi go through the hassle of that when he hasn’t even bothered to advance any of his other court cases? It would be far easier to just abandon it and go after a different pink shell. There are no shortage of pink shells out there.
