Blue Citi didn’t convert 25 grand into any shares. Because you don’t convert money to shares you convert shares to money. Then the people that want to convert shares have a certain time table to do so. If that time table passes they lose this privilege. That time table expired. Everyone knows the Chinese shells have been in scrutiny with the SEC and the SEC is canceling shares held by Chinese company held shells. That is why the company has paperwork showing the Chinese shares have been cancelled. Conclusion is: there is no Chinese shares. And no Blue Citi cannot just sell shares anytime they want to. Sorry. Doesn’t work that way. This is why Data443 has stated they have agreed to terms with the note holder.
