it had obtained OTCQB Status. after obtaining QB it went under .01 and continued to fall thereby losing the QB Status. putting it back in the lowest tier of the OTC. the management of zngy has been slow to update the status from OTCQB to OTC. naturally OTCQB status makes a stock look more legit. zngy is actually OTC no-bid stinky pinky. the lowest of the low. zngy :)
