just ask him if he is doing anything to get the company back he will probably say yes. He is waiting for someone to be interested in pouring $400K+? into one of his potential projects even though there is no track record he can show except for driving this company to 0.

The answer is that nothing is being done to get the company back by him which can be seen from the fact nothing has happened for over a year for it to come back.

Please drive home the point that us investors want the company trading again and that's all that should matter and it is his fiduciary duty to respect that. And a breach of fiduciary duty what he has been doing just waiting around for someone to trust him/miracle.
