Due to Jacquie Carter tight business relationship with herbalife perhaps merger deal between TMG and Herbalife may be on the horizon.
TMG will be specialized in CBD cosmetics. Due to the fact that CBD is still not legal in Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and China. however, these 4 countries are the 4 biggest consumers and buyers for cosmetic by market size (https://www.statista.com/statistics/664356/global-sales-growth-of-beauty-products-by-region/ ). TMG MAY BE doing the medical legal work to get the regulatory approval on behalf of Herbalife. This way if there is any potential legal complication due to export to these countries, the shareholders of herbalife NYSE: HLF will not be affected. When all works have been approved, and distribution channel have been established, we will see the official merger.

As per 8K dated Dec 6, MYLI has pursued a name and ticker change to reflect the addition of health and beauty cannabidiol (CBD) products to its established business of national radio syndication. TMG will launch an initial product line in early 2019 with a national, multi-channel digital and Music of Your Life educational media campaign, details of which the Company plans to reveal in coming weeks, and we will more PR and catalysts on the way.
