These bullshit RMs seem to be the flavor of the month, and they're nonsensical.

No sane businessperson with an asset worth X would give away part of the value of that asset to existing shareholders who offer nothing of value. Anybuddy can simply purchase a clean trading shell outright for from between $35K to $100K and not have to dilute the value of their asset to existing shareholders.

Yett some peeps think that the existing shareholders are gonna gett manna from heaven in these RM pennyscams. It's ridiculous. CYPE is just the most recent example that I am aware of, and, like NHPI will be, the SEC suspended the scam very soon after being tipped off by iHub DD Fraud Board members, particularly nodummy on that one.

NHPI will soon be suspended and also an OTCM CE skull & bones grey market ticker - it's just a race to see which of those two will come first. And most prolly this coming week for both.
