..now this new article out on one of the larest online investing websites says it all, especially for a stock at .0013. Why this hasn’t created more buying and excitement for a penny stock near a tenth of a penny is beyond me...cause.... Even if UBQU was .01 cent - that would be 900% below what the next CBD stock listed by TheStreet.com is trading at, MJNA at around .09 cents. So we as penny people could just stop right here and be interested in buying shares of UBQU.



And though dilution has killed the stock price this year, well IF they can slow it down or stop it...these would be the times to buy at the diluted bottom....as UBQU is:

—The largest and most legit Hemp/CBD oil stock that has NOT run in any way yet - in this new Hemp/CBD/Farm Bill boom, which is turning out to be like a MJ 3.0 stock market insanity. Now if you have more time, there is a lot of dd and things of late that UBQU has been working on - and all the PR’s the last two months have been pointing to 2019 being a breakout year with what they are doing. I actually don’t like to write DD’s this long, as we all have shorter attention spans these days — but i just think its too good of a buy down here - so i will take the time and hopefully you too out there when you have some time to see the below, and consider buying shares near bottom of the year chart:


First - the OS as of 12-6 was 1.4 billion - and think today its around 1.6 billion - many of these cannibis, cbd and hemp stock have higher SS’s though:

-i like how they posted an actual profit, albeit small, the last Q - rare in pennyland:

-i like how they have been recently optimizing web hits to their HempLifeToday.com website for several months now:

-i like how they are in a non-pyramid scheme like Amway, creating just new wholesale independant like you and me if we wanted - sales Ambassadors who buy in a sales kit that costs over $500, to sell to anyone they want. This just went live a month ago, and with everything CBD these days what a great time to come out with something like this - are any of the other CBD stocks doing this? Idk:

-i like how in this week’s PR, CEO said he wanted to wait for Hemp to become fully legal before he felt 100% safe to go ‘all in’ on Hemp....how bout if for some reason it didn’t get the votes? Or a Jeff Sessions type or position did something harmful again?:

So now there is clarity (which is good for company and The Market) : UBQU is going ‘all in’ on Hemp, getting rid of all other biz which was a waste of money w the unfortunate crypto implosion....and are already a full functioned hemp and CBD company with large online presence and great name: Hemp Life Today.....with many products now developed and sold for years.

The FACT is, is that UBQU is well into the top 20 hemp product/cbd sellers in the nation (!!) - i cant believe more are not here just for this...cause this article JUST came out on TheStreet.com and puts ‘HempLifeToday’ and their lead product ‘CanaazALL’ @ #12 and already has almost 2% of the market: the BIG names in the hemp/cbd world are all around them here, and NONE of them trade less then 9 CENTS except UBQU (can you say excitement and immense pps potential here?):

Finally then: IF the dilution can slow down or stop, and the OS still be under 1.7 bil or so.....this could run over a penny...cause then even at a penny the market cap would only be $17 million with that OS, which many cbd/hemp penny stocks have that or higher....with less business - or even no business just a hope of business coming.

Next week will be a big moment for this company and how it trades, cause if .002 can break and hold it would be the Signal to the market that the last legit, developed for last 4 years, CBD/Hemp/and even a HUGE hemp farm penny stock, that hasnt run yet - UBQU - is starting too. And with the Farm Bill being signed soon - (what a week it could be-!)

So to me the question is, once everyone in pennyland starts finding out about all the above and below and see’s the price Of UBQU’s stock - what do i think could happen to its price if the Farm Bill is signed next week and then in the weeks and months to come? Not sure, but even a penny would seem low....only thing holding this back is the dilution - if that stops or slows this could run like crazy i think:
