I don't believe any of it. Subsidiaries look just like Zero says that they are independent and Siaf has nothing to do with their real life earnings or has any rights to the assets. And they can't sell any assets.
Their own operation Siaf/TRW seems to be total scam, Tony saying he is experimenting and "waiting for the loan". At this stage! That hundred million megaloan is the classic starting bit in the penny stock scam video and this forum exactly like "that guy from the internet forum" who markets how cheap this is and then down we go.
Solly saying they can't grow prawns adult, harvests never seen, customers never seen, Solly never seen in the subsidiaries.
Instead Solly has been seen in Sweden seducing Swedish small time investors.
EVERYTHING aligns perfectly this being just a scam.
Nobody gets super stupid with own company and possessions and destroys while even a child could see what is smarter thing to do.

The most convincing evidence is the management never buys, they always eagerly sell or give out shares like they tried with TRW.
-98,5% discount to the books and management is just itching to print and sell more.
Hundreds of millions of previous years claimed wins have disappeared, left with no sellable assets, questionably owning some aquafarms whose value has been overblown totally, a few million each at max. Toxic debt and those sad buildings mostly given away all that is left. 10 milion market cap everything put together with all subsidiaries and TRW 36,6%... The market doesn't believe at all and their performance and actions verify it.
That is a scam. Nothing says otherwise.
These dividend failures, problems and fine from Merkur market etc.
In fact I believe they can't/won't even pay the fine and will be kicked from Merkur soon.
