I don't have any special sources. Would just look up the docket entries online. I guess I just don't care enough lol.

I wouldn't doubt it if there has been a decision but they agreed to keep it confidential pending the resolution of the rest of the case. The mini-trial is just to give them an idea of what to expect. It can sometimes give better guidance to a settlement figure and sometimes make a company not want to settle.

I'll do more DD once it drops under $2, but it just doesn't get my attention here. We all know that Finjan Mobile is a sham to not be ruled a non-performing entity. My biggest curiosity in this case is to see if they convinced the jury this is the case.

This is a trading vehicle only. Anybody viewing it as a long-term investment is eventually going to be burned.
