Yes you do. I had stated this before. It is kind of a crappy fradulent thing that appears to have happened between the time Gregg Sullivan had GTRQ and then did a Form 15. Thus deregistering all the shares. Then somehow reappears under the same geotraq corporation which then was effectively sold to ARCI. He essentualky has robbed you shareholders of the merger proceeds. Which amounted to a $200k cash, an $800k loan and more importantly Preferred Shares of ARCI.

Shareholders do need to bring a lawsuit because the way he did this is as shi*** as it can be and its a clear case of Stock Fraud (IMHO).
