Cans are more expensive to produce, given the price of aluminum, even before the tarrifs but are eaily stackable and take up less merchandising space on shelves, allowing more sales ability. They also tend to stay colder, but on shelves it really doesn't matter ( unless you drink it off the shelf without refrigerating it).
There are pros and cons for both but certainly.... having both adds to the ability to have a larger reach.
