A Ponzi scheme is a form of fraud which lures investors and pays profits to earlier investors by using funds obtained from more recent investors. The victims are led to believe that the profits are coming from product sales or other means, and they remain unaware that other investors are the source of profits.

Well, share sales hurt old and new investors, only benefiting the management who use the funds/loans they get from the process. What is the logic for the promoters here that I don't know. Them being just complete morons is an option, but it doesn't seem likely anymore. Everything points to a scam, everything keeps failing and end is nearing but they keep on promoting. Why would anyone put in that effort just to lose money and look stupid..?
