Maybe.. maybe not. The REIT was registered pretty quickly. So was the name change.

News or no news I gotta figure the IR company is telling EB they need to get the website up and running.

Ultimately they need to get all the paperwork correct in order to execute properly. The REIT was registered in DE but that doesn't mean its SEC qualified and taxed as a REIT yet. Based off of looking at some newly formed REITs it looks like the next step is becoming SEC reporting and announcing directors, board members, and/or subsidiaries to spread out ownership for the eventual 5/50 test.
