You do good work that beneifits society. You share a smile. You open a door for someone.
You eat good food and get some exercise. You think deep thoughts. You encourage and promote.
In short, when you focus on being happy, you spread a magical virus that touches everyone it comes in contact with.
Imagine a world where everyone is happy, Content, without a struggle or need.
Focus on wht you can control, your happiness, and then spread it around.
There is nothing more powerful you can do to change the world.
