If you are not going to trade the Gray Market, I wouldn't bother trying to understand it. It's so full of ambiguities, highly risky far more than FLPC. Not only that, being unregulated, the shares can exchange hands as 'near' Insider Trading, so the movement of this Market is so dodgy and unpredictable, that nobody will have much of a clue as to why the Share dipped 90% except the MMs?

I would seriously steer clear of it and wait until the Devil you know returns to the OTC. At least you can track what's going on...within reason?
